Position Summary:

Develops channel strategy, recruits and manages system integrator and distributor partners to scale ODIN Workstation in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard key channel partners.
  • Develop partner training and enablement programs.
  • Manage joint sales pipeline and co-selling initiatives.
  • Report partner performance and expansion results.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in channel sales or partnerships.
  • Proven success managing industrial or SaaS channel programs.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
