Position Summary:
Develops channel strategy, recruits and manages system integrator and distributor partners to scale ODIN Workstation in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard key channel partners.
- Develop partner training and enablement programs.
- Manage joint sales pipeline and co-selling initiatives.
- Report partner performance and expansion results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years’ experience in channel sales or partnerships.
- Proven success managing industrial or SaaS channel programs.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
